TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized by Miami FC (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). This giveaway is not sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram.
2. Participation RequirementsTo participate, interested individuals must meet the following requirements:
- Follow the official @themiamifc account on Instagram.
- Like the giveaway post.
- Share the post in Instagram Stories mentioning @themiamifc
- Comment by mentioning 3 friends in the post (fake or duplicate accounts are not allowed).
- The jersey must be picked up at Pitbull Stadium at the Official Store.
- Comply with all conditions established in these terms and conditions.
3. Giveaway Duration
The giveaway starts on March 12 and ends on March 18 2025 at midnight (EST). Entries outside this period will not be valid.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all participants who have met the requirements. The selection will take place on March 19, 2025 and will be announced on @themiamifc Instagram account. The giveaway will be conducted through the platform [www.plataformadesorteo.com].
5. Prize
The prize consists of one (1) official Miami FC jersey + 1 ticket for the Tampa Bay Rowdies match taking place on March 22, 2025. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Prize Collection
The Organizer will contact the winner via direct message on Instagram within after the announcement. If they do not respond within the specified time, a new winner will be selected.
7. Responsibility
The Organizer is not responsible for failures on the Instagram platform, technical issues, or any other situation that prevents participation.
8. Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway for justified reasons without prior notice.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the giveaway implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
