Miami FC Meet & Greet – Terms and Conditions
1. Organizer
The Meet & Greet event is organized by Miami FC (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”).
2. Eligibility
Participation in the Meet & Greet is exclusive to Miami FC members who have purchased a valid membership before March 1. Membership status will be verified before granting access to the event.
3. Event Date and Location
The Meet & Greet will take place on March 1 at a location specified by the Organizer. Further details regarding the time and venue will be communicated through official Miami FC membership channels.
4. Registration and Attendance
Members must confirm their attendance through the official channels indicated by the Organizer. Attendance is non-transferable and limited to the registered member.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of attendees based on venue capacity.
5. Event Experience
Attendees will have the opportunity to meet Miami FC players, coaching staff, and other representatives.
The event may include autograph sessions, photo opportunities, and other interactive activities.
The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event format without prior notice.
6. Code of Conduct
Attendees must behave respectfully and follow all instructions given by event staff.
Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to harassment, disruptive conduct, or violation of event rules, may result in removal from the event without compensation.
7. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, lost or stolen items, or other incidents that may occur during the event.
By attending the event, participants agree to release the Organizer from any liability related to their participation.
8. Media and Publicity
The Organizer may take photos and videos during the event for promotional purposes.
By attending, participants grant the Organizer the right to use their likeness in promotional materials without compensation.
9. Modification or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances.
In the event of a cancellation, members will be notified through the official Miami FC membership channels.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Participation in the Meet & Greet implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
