The Miami FC 2 Adds Kris Tyrpak to 2018 Roster

MIAMI (April 27, 2018) – Forward Kris Tyrpak has joined the Miami FC 2 after a strong season with San Antonio FC of the USL, announced the club today.

Tyrpak has four years of pro experience under his belt, making 63 appearances for San Antonio FC, Swope Park Rangers and Chivas USA. The Austin, Texas native featured in 26 matches for San Antonio FC last season, netting 6 goals along the way.

Tyrpak also had a very strong amateur career in the college and PDL ranks. In four seasons with Houston Baptist, Tyrpak netted 18 goals for the Huskies and made 67 appearances.

He was also a stand out for the Austin Aztex, playing for current Miami FC head coach Paul Dalglish in the 2012-2013 seasons. In 2013, Tyrpak netted 14 goals while leading the Aztex to a PDL championship and being named USL PDL MVP.

"This is a good opprotunity for me to prove myself with a great group of veteran players," said Tyrpak. "I want to do every thing I can to help this team gets some wins and make a deep Open Cup run this year."
