Miami FC wins on the road 1-0 against Toronto Lynx

May 26, 2006- Miami, FL- Miami FC won 1-0 against the Toronto Lynx in this morning at the Centennial Stadium in Toronto.  The goal was scored in the 18th minute by Brazilian star, Romario, assisted by Michael Erush.

The South Floridian squad has played two games on the road, both in similar weather conditions (as it was raining in Toronto today) and they've managed a win and a tie.  The last game on the road on Sunday, May 7th, Miami tied against the Charleston Battery on a rainy night that represented the first official Miami FC match away from home.

Romario scored his 3rd goal in the USL First Division, while Erush recorded his first assist of the season.

Miami FC will now head to Montreal where they will face the Montreal Impact for the second time this season on Sunday, May 28, this time at the Claude Robillard Sports Complex at 4PM.
